Geocache Description:

The sound of the creek shall sooth you!

This cache is located next to the Quittapahilla Creek, just up the street from my home. A footbridge leads the way.

The best place to park is on Wilshire Drive.
In regards to the property status: The hill is privately owned property, but has been abandoned for years. It is used every year by the neighborhood kids during the winter to sled and snowboard on. No contact information is known, as it is an empty lot (no address), and we haven't heard from the owners since they moved away, and as such don't know where they are. The land beyond the fence had No Trespassing signs posted on the fence years ago, but were taken down due to local complaints that these effectively blocked access to the only footbridge for miles around. As such, these two pieces of property are alright for crossing for the intended purposes. If you are concerned about the hill yet, you can park at the dead end at the bottom of the street and take a nice walk along the creek. We are good neighbors with all the folks who live along the creek, and they certainly don't give a hoot about people walking along the creek; in fact, they welcome it, and if you linger on their land long enough watching the ducks, they might even come out and have a chat with you (really, if they didn't want people out there, there would be signs out during the first week of trout season, when we have 100 or so fishermen out there).
