Hangin' on by a Thread - Microcache
I was out looking for another cache (Steepest Hill in Dubuque - I found it!!) and wanted to place a micro in the area. For those familiar with Dubuque's history, a street and a sidewalk used to be in this area. Only traces remain of them but it is still a neat area to explore (except for the trash!) You'll probably want to start from the top instead of the bottom. Cache is a tube style micro with just a log sheet so bring a pencil.
