Intelligent Design Multi-Cache

This cache has been archived.

Muddy Buddies: Went to check on this one and unfortunately, the last part had been muggled. The first 2 parts were still there but have now been removed. Since this one is a little further from home and harder for us to keep maintained, we decided it was time to archive it.

Geocache Description:

One can apply the Theory of Intelligent Design to caches.

Back in the early days, caches were large, basic, unassuming creatures that stayed in the woods hoping their natural color would act as camouflage. In addition, they were armored to protect against the elements and predators. Many even sought further protection by concealing themselves inside thorns or under some other natural cover.
As cache design became more intelligent, the caches became smaller and lighter. The need for armoring seemingly decreased, and they moved into the trees. The camouflage design also improved to a more natural setting. These caches flourished and became more numerous. Some caches became more adventurous and moved from the country into a more sub-urban setting.
Cache design moved another step up the ladder when a group of caches decided to make a run at the urban areas. These smaller caches were still needing concealment, but lacking natural camouflage coloring, some resorted to concealment within man-made objects. These caches have become the most prevalent of all. They are all around and keep a close watch on us.
Lately, a new breed of caches has been intelligently designed to be both small and naturally camouflaged. These are by far the most difficult to find. They have the attributes of being able to exist in plain site of everyone, yet be concealed by the natural color of their surroundings. Some have even developed an affinity for metallic objects. It is rumored that they have been seen in urban, sub-urban and rural settings.

In this caching adventure, you will experience some or all of these cache design types. (all within a short distance, so you can save on the fossil fuel that runs your geo-mobile)
