The eighth in a series of caches located on or close to the
Sandstone Trail. The co-ordinates are for parking (see below)
The Sandstone Trail is a long distance trail running 32 miles
from Frodsham to Whitchurch. This cache is a straightforward multi
located on Bickerton and Larkton Hills. You need to visit three
locations in order to find the co-ordinates for the final cache
which is a tupperware container in a camouflage bag. The cache
itself lies close to a footpath just off the Sandstone Trail. The
whole walk is between one and one and a half miles and involves
some uphill and downhill but nothing too difficult.
The walk will give you terrific views over the Dee Valley to the
west and take you past Maiden Castle which is an Iron Age fort 211
metres above sea level.

Mar 14 2010 - IMPORTANT The cache was moved a very short
distance so the final co-ordinates have been adjusted.
Deduct 007 from the North co-ordinates and add 002 to the
West co-ordinates
Please ensure that the cache is replaced exactly where you found
it taking special care to make sure it is not noticeable from the
footpath.
