This is a traditional cache placed just off the junction of 4 trails. The trails lead to/from State Bridge Elementary, Perimeter Christian School (PCS), Bristol Park Apts and the Doublegate neighborhood. Depending upon the time of year, there may be some overgrowth of plants in the area which could make your hike and locating the cache a bit more difficult.
Trail is open to the public. Park at N34 00.878 W084 11.881
This is my first cache! Since I lived in the Bristol Park apts for almost 5 years and am still in PCS elementary school and spent many hours in these woods I thought this would be a great hiding place.
The cache is a small 30 cal ammo box and has an elementary school supply theme - please try and trade keeping with the theme. Its initial contents were 2 stretchable book covers, foohy glow-in-the dark eraser, a double sharperner, single hole punch, pack of 14 med pt blue pens, metal paper clips, 2 finger grip erasers, 6" protractor, 12" folding ruler, 12 No.2 pencil pack, 2 "My First" pencils, and the first-to-find prize is a Newsweek PDA.
Some neighborhood houses back up to the woods near the cache so be careful using flashnights if you hunt at night. Also you might want to be careful to stay away from State Bridge Elementary when school is in session.
Bewere lots of thorns so do not wear shorts!
