A relatively short hike on well-used quad trails, with a nice view of the town of Simpson thrown in absolutely free!
Be cautious during hunting season...there are sometimes hunters in the vicinity.
For the best views and easiest hike, park at N41 35.557 and W75 29.283. You will be walking on slightly rocky trails with some modest inclines. Follow the trails until you are within a hundred feet or so of the cache (no bushwhacking necessary). The cache is a small tupperware containing some cheapie things from the Dollar General that you probably passed on your way to the parking coords. Bring the kids, bring the dog, bring the quad...there's usually no one around here! However, in the winter, please try to conceal your tracks so muggles on ATV's don't grab the cache.
Before you make your descent from the cache site, take a moment to view our hometown of Simpson. Some of the things you can see are Holy Trinity Church, Sts. Peter & Paul Church, Gentex Manufacturing, Carbondale Concrete, and (if you know where to look), Whistler's humble abode! Don't worry, we won't be able to see you hunting for the cache...at least not without binoculars!
