Geocache Description:

CONGRATS TO JLTx2 ON THE FTF!!! This has been archived. Some muggles beat the heck out of this one making it impossible to repair. Read below to learn of the map and some photos of the cache...

Here is how this map is broken: If you read straight down the left side of the map, you will read "Straight out and up to find gold" This doesn't describe "how" to find the cache, it describes how to open the cache. Next hint was in the puncutation. There are three dots with the center dot in bold. This showed that the middle of something is important. Next clue was in the compass. If you zoom in on the compass you will see that there is morse code in the center. It spells out "STOP", but the compass is reversed. More on this later... The final clue and the most important one is the Fake cords at the bottom of the map. In the map you will see that a "N" and a "W" is underlined. If you start counting (including the N) the letters over, you will start to spell out a sentence. The same is done with the "W" except you should count backwards. This spells out "NEAR THAT WHITE SGNI" The SGNI is an annogram for SIGN. Now back to the compass... STOP is an anagram for POST. The cache was in the POST of the WHITE SIGN. To open the cache, you had to pull the middle board STRAIGHT OUT AND UP TO FIND GOLD" Well that's it. I'm glad it lasted as long as it did. I'm really glad several people searched this one. Thanks to all who did!!! Also, Mr and Mrs Jackson were great to let us use their property. He even tried to repair the cache. :) Photos of the cache are in the gallery.
