Medical Mania! Mystery Cache
Kilroy Gang: We went out to check this on this one and sure enough it is missing. This is a particularly difficult one to maintain, due to the climbing and inaccessibility during wet weather. Even in dry weather, the leaves are very slippery. Even the dog had a challenge! That hasn't stopped the high-schoolers or some folks from muggling the area, as evidenced by beer containers, etc. Unfortunately, too far from our beaten track to keep up. Thanks to all who made the effort. For those who logged the last DNFs, please log your find. Cache on!

A challenging little puzzle cache. There is an easy to find decoder in the Odocoileus Virginianus 2 cache, if you get impatient with the puzzle.
The posted coordinates will take you to nearby parking. Initially placed by DoctorRAM & LadyEsquire, and adopted and replaced by Kilroy Gang.
This is a 12 oz. black taped peanut butter container, located in a rock formation at a high point in a forest. Terrain is a 3 and may be a little difficult for children under seven years, or in the rainy season, when slippery. If so, a walking stick will help along the way, to provide stability. Difficulty is 2.0 with decoder found at other caches, 3.5 without.

You must try to discover the proper DECODER KEY on your own. Use the hint if necessary. If you cannot figure out the DECODER KEY, Odocoileus Virginianus 2 cache contains the decoder key.
The hike is a nice 0.35 mile paved walk leading to a steep trailhead. There is some poison oak, but if you stay on the trail, you'll be fine. At the top of the trailhead is a collection of natural rock formations that provide ample locations for a cache.
