Geocache Description:

Along the Manistee River

This cache can be accessed from the river, or by vehicle from the road. It is an intermediate launch/take out site that the two local liveries use for those folks wanting a shorter trip along the Manistee River between County Road 612 and M72. If you visit by land you will see why the cache got its name. This spot can be a busy place on nice weekends, so please use stealth if you visit then. The container is a camo-ed peanut butter jar, so smallish trading items only please.
Use care to replace the container as you found it in its hiding place.
The difficulty level is of course raised if you visit via the River.
