Rubbermaid container in a virgin area as yet devoid of caches.
This cache is in the Rocky Woods area in Taunton. Like my "Dirty Water" cache, not a tree huggers conservation area. I think there are plenty of those if that's what you want. I enjoy hunting and hiding in the places people don't park their Poodle and walk their Beemer, uhh, yeah... Whatever. This place is rocky, muddy and loaded with decades of trash and abandoned stolen, burned out cars that the town won't even recover. If you have a mountain bike, spend a few hours and have a ball. Miles upon miles of rocky single track and ATV trails interlaced with rutted, rocky trails suitable for 4 wheeling. If you don't mind a few scratches on your Jeep and aren't scared of bottoming out on a rock the size of a VW, you can drive on in. You can park and unload your ATV or dirt bike and spend a day here as well. One of the few places left in S.E Massachusetts where this is well tolerated.
Best parking at the end of Glebe street. It will offer the "scenic" route and your car will be safe. There are other places to park, but I've heard of the neighbors becoming disgruntled even when the purpose is legitimate. This area is well known for mountain biking, dirt biking, and bouldering but unfortunately, it's also a party spot and dumping ground too.
