Shawmut Fishin Hole Traditional Geocache

This is a very popular area to fish and canoe, please hide re-hide
well.
From Rt 201 turn on Main St. in Shawmut, cross the railroad tracks
and turn right at the power station. Follow the signs for the canoe
portage. This part of the Kennebec between the Shawmut Dam and
Kennebec Dam are kept stocked with Brown and Rainbow trout by Trout
Unlimited and it's very shallow and wide open so it's a great place
to teach yourself fly fishing. I would like to keep this cache as
an fishing/outdoor oriented theme. I do allow sig. items and TB's
in the cache (I do take out business cards, smelly stuff, and
edible things) Thank you.
