This cache is located in a small wood high above the junction of three dry, steep-sided valleys that are typical of the Wolds.
Although the cache can be approached most easily from the East (along a level path) or from the West (with a modest climb), we are sure you will enjoy the longer walk necessary to approach from the North. There is room to park a few cars at the road junction at NGR 856569. You can return by the same route or alternatively make a very pleasant 6 mile circular walk via 867558 and 8655675 which will take you across another dry valley.
Cache is small plastic lock-and-lock box.
The whole area is remarkably litter-free. Let’s make sure it stays that way.
