Quite simply you need to visit the following locations (not necessarily in order, but it would be easier) and use the answers to the questions to formulate the final cache location in the usual manner. The encrypted hint is intended to be a spoiler if you get really stuck, so please have a go at finding the cache first and only decrypt it if you need to.
