Geocache Description:

Part of the FMH (Former Medallion Hunts) Cache Series.

Oakdale Summerfest Medallion Hunt 2005
Richard Walton Park.

Not the actual park the 2005 Summerfest Medallion was in, this one was the park everyone was searching after the second clue mentioned "Season of Reruns", thinking that this was in reference to the Waltons.

You are seeking a 6" Cylinder container, not winter friendly. Should be an easy walk from the parking lot, with minimal bushwhacking depending on your approach. Watch out for some sink holes near the cache site, they shouldn't be a problem if you keep an eye on where you are vs looking at the GPS. Initial contents are a logbook, pencil, and some small trinkets, should be room for a Travel Bug or two.

Thanks for visiting!
