How Geocaching Works

Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

Geocache Description:

A short walk over some concrete "trails".

The Old Swimming Hole might also be called Temecula's "Other" Duck Pond. A trip here in the early morning hours will reveal a variety of birds, including ducks and owls. You might also see coyotes and rabbits, and all this in the middle of a residential neighborhood.

The cache is a camouflaged "click n seal" container, approximately 4X8X2 inches, with small trade items in it. There is no need to leave the "trail" or damage vegetation to retrieve the cache. We suggest parking at Meadows Park and walking south to the yellow poles, and pick up the trail at N33° 30.129 W117° 05.723, but of course, how you choose to go is up to you.

Please rehide it well so that the gardeners don't find it.
