4.23. Unarchiving a Geocache

The archiving of a geocache is intended to be a permanent status. That is why only community volunteer reviewers and Geocaching HQ staff have the capability to unarchive it. This is done only in rare circumstances and only if it meets the current Geocache Listing Guidelines.

If a geocache is archived by a reviewer or staff for lack of maintenance it will not be unarchived.

Geocache Description:

A nicely grassed picnic area by a river edge just on the outskirts of the City.

This cache has been moved (16/9/08) to a new location (GZ) due to its original (GZ) becoming very exposed after a spot of gardening in recent times by the local Council.
The cache is now located close to the entrance to this ‘park’ (original cache was located at the far end of the grassed area) but do take the time to explore this ‘river side’ picnic spot if you have the time.
There is Gas BBQ's, picnic tables, large grassed area for ball games, toy equipment for the kids and you could even dangle a fishing line. So as you can see, there’s plenty on offer here for all (big kids and small).

Cache is a 200ml sistema container with log book, pen and a few small swaps.

Please read note in log book regarding cache replacement.
