Geocache Description:


To reduce muggle activity park near N48 06.918 W096 08.827 and hike from there to the first point. Can also be accessed with a boat, canoe or kayak. This cache has just one stage in the same general area. The final cache/stop is in an ammo box with a variety of trinkets. Be sure that the cover locks down properly to keep it weatherproof. This is on city property. What paths exist are created by people and other critters with no maintainance but negotiable. Reed Canarygrass in part of the area can be quite tall and presents it's own challenges for walking depending on the season(s). You'll have a nice view of the Red Lake River and residential areas of Thief River Falls as you travel through the area.
