Welcome to my other valley. The Gaspereau Valley is home to many things including one of the few Hydroelectric power dam systems in Nova Scotia, vinyard, summertime tubing along the Gaspereau River, the springtime Gaspereaux run (a spiny fish) and countless vistas.
Stiles Park is maintained by the Wolfville Rotary Club and it has a beautiful view of the Gaspereau Valley and the Minas Basin. Take an hour to enjoy the nicely maintained trails that run through the park (you just might find an old wooden owl), don't be alarmed if you hear what sounds like a car alarm from the valley below, it is just a sounding device to scare the crows away from the vinyard.
I hope you enjoy this site, this site has been a little sanctuary for me for years. Park enterance is off Ridge Road at the top of Highland Ave. As always, please bring a bag for CITO
