Geocache Description:

The Cache is located at Pillager Dam, an area that includes a campground, fishing pier, and DNR boat
access to the Crow Wing River and Lake Placid.

The original contents include a nice assortment of trade items and a log book. Bring your fishing gear! As the second finder said- "GREAT spot, very secretive!"

The City of Pillager has a variety of activities that are within a three mile radius. Pillager Lake Park is located on County Road #1, three miles north of Pillager. The park includes a swimming beach, picnic area, fishing pier, and boat access. The Pillsbury State Forest is located one mile east and two miles north of Pillager on the Pillsbury Forest Road. It includes trails for horseback riding, snowmobiles, and ATV's. Located to the south is the Pillager Dam, an area that includes a campground, fishing pier, and DNR boat access to the Crow Wing River and Lake Placid.
