A mini 'park' that the neighborhood put in to welcome you to the area and celebrate the history of the town.
There is no need to leave the gravel path (OK, with the new flowers/plants, one foot may have to) or disturb any vegetation while hunting this cache. It is next to a major street, so there is almost always traffic passing by. Enjoy but don't damage the work done. Bring your own writing instrument.
