The cave on the road to Périllos “La Caune”

Sur la route d’Opoul vers Perillos vous trouverez une halte à coté droite avec les coordonnées N 42° 53’ 873’’ et E 2° 51’ 357’’. Vous pouvez y garer votre véhicule.

Auf der Straße von Opoul nach Perellos findest ihr auf der rechten Seite einen Rastplatz bei den Koordinaten N 42° 53’ 873’’ und E 2° 51’ 357’’ Hier könnt Ihr euer Fahrzeug Parken.

On the road from Opoul to Périllos you find a resting place with the co-ordinates N 42° 53’ 873’’ and E 2° 51’ 357’’. You can leave your vehicle there.

Marchez sur la route en arrière cent mètres environ. Ici le chemin vers la grotte commence à gauche. Après les vignobles restez à gauche.

Geht die Straße ca 100 m zurück. Hier zweigt links der Weg zur Höhle ab. Haltet euch hinter den Weinbergen links.

Go back on the road about 100 meters. There the path to the cave branches off on the left side. After the vineyards keep left.

L’entrée de la grotte se trouve aux coordonnées N 42° 54’ 206’’ et E 2° 51’ 615’’.

Der Eingang zur Höhle befindet sich bei den Koordinaten N 42°, 54’ 206’’ – E 2° 51’ 615´´.

The entrance to the cave is at N 42° 54’ 206’’ and E 2° 51’ 615’’.

Entrez dans la grotte. Le Cache se trouve à la coté gauche, à une distance de 20 mètres environ des coordonnées, dans une cavité, hauteur deux mètres environ.
L’appareil GPS ne fonctionne pas là, naturellement.

Geht in die Höhle hinein. Der Cache liegt auf der linken Seite, ungefähr 20m von den Koordinaten entfernt in einer Steinaushöhlung in ca 2 m Höhe. Das GPS-Gerät funktioniert hier natürlich nicht.

Enter the cave. The cache lies on the left side, at a distance of about 20 meters from the co-ordinates, in an excavation at a height of about 2 meters. The GPS-tool doesn’t work here, of course.

Après la recherche à succès, il vaut une visite du vieux village abandonné Perillos. Belle vue panoramique sur le paysage.

Nach erfolgreicher Schatzsuche lohnt ein Besuch im verlassenen Ort Perillos – man hat von dort einen herrlichen Ausblick über die Landschaft.

After your successful search a visit of the old abandoned village Périllos is worth wile – beautiful scenic view over the landscape.
