Off of one of the floodway's nature trails.
**Note: During marshy or flooded conditions you can stay high and dry all the way to the cache. Going directly from the parking lot to the cache will often result in soakers and mud!
The cache only contains a log book and pencil. Need to add some items!
The co-ordinates are not for the cache, but for a spot on the trail to depart from, using a magnetic compass, the cache is 232 degrees (about wsw) and 37meters distance.
I wanted an orienteering practice for navigation so I put a compass heading and distance into the cache. There will be more geocache's nearby in the future building on orienteering skills.
