Go With the Flow Multi-Cache

The above coordinates are not the coordinates to the cache. 

This is the final stage of a 4 cache multi.  This is a regular cache that is very well stocked.  To find this you will need to use the following coordinates: 35 1A.BC1  106 3D.EF1.  To get the numbers required for the corresponding letters you will need to find 3 other caches - “ TRG N WBO!!”, “ Beware of La Llorona” and “ Domingo Baca”.  Each of those caches have a laminated slip of paper that have the letters and numbers.  Please leave those sheets there.  This should be an easy find, but there is still a hint if needed.
