KID'S SAFETY ZONE CACHE#2 Morgan Monroe State Forest
The KID'S SAFETY ZONE CACHE#2 is located within the Safety Zone (No hunting Area) of Morgan Monroe State Forest . Along the west side of the Mason Ridge Trail loop.
Parking is available at the Orcutt Road/Fire Trail Parking lot

The Mason Ridge Trail is a fairly easy-kid friendly trail, no
big ups or downs. The total loop is just under 3 miles and runs on
both sides of the Main Forest Road (NOTE: the trail does extend
past the Safety Zone, so wear ORANGE during hunting season)
Start at the west side of the Mason Ridge Trail, across the road
from the parking area. If you walk the whole Mason Ridge trail, it
will cross the road at the Rock Shelter/Low Gap Trail Parking
area.
Trail Maps are available at the Forest Office just north of the
parking area on the Main Forest Road.
THIS IS A KID'S CACHE!!!! Adults may sign the log but LEAVE
THE SWAG FOR THE KIDS!!
