Come One, Come All to the Third Annual Geocaching Event!
UPDATES:
Things are shaping up quite nicely. You may want to bring a chair
since there will be few places to sit. Also, bring an item for the
raffle table that is no more than $10 in value. Those that bring
something will be get a raffle ticket.
The game du jour will be based upon the old Groucho Marx show with
a twist. More on this the day of the event (yep, making this up as
we go).
Event will begin at 10 AM on Nov 12th at Lou's Pizzeria. There is
a parking lot just south on the west side of Main Street. There is
free wireless for those that want to access the latest caches. For
those that cannot, there will be printouts and downloads to your
GPS of all the new caches.
This will be a walking tour of Gainesville but the challenge
will be to avoid the muggles. Bring a side dish if you wish but
pizza will be the food of the day. For the significant others that
would rather shop, well, there will be a local arts festival in
full swing. So, bring your walking shoes, your stealth cape and a
hankering for pizza and join everyone for the fun! Check back for
