Wooten Springs Traditional Cache
Reviewer Revan: Cache Owner (CO) has not responded, so I am regretfully archiving this cache to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking new cache placements.

This is another area of Texarkana that time has almost allowed us to forget. Wooten Springs was a stopping and resting place for travelers coming across the Red River from Richmond to the north, and coming from Fulton to the east. Wooten Springs was originally a square piece of land and when the railroad moved north through the area in 1880 it divided this area. The larger piece of land to the west of the tracks is now known as Spring Lake Park and the smaller piece of the land to the east of the tracks is known as Wooten Springs. To date there are 631 residents on this smaller piece of land. They started moving in this area as far back as 1871. Take your time while here, walk around and soak in some of the history.
This cache is a Lock-N-Lock container filled with goodies. There may or may not be any muggles around, so please be in stealth mode. Especially with this cache ,of coarse as always please put the cache back just as you found it so that the next person may enjoy their find. Have fun and enjoy.....
