Geocache Description:

Ridgeway Park @ Carters Lake,

While out letterboxing with my daughter and grandson I thought this area would also be a great place for a geocache. I had the makings for a cache in my van so we put it together. I am not sure if there are others in the area or not. We found a nice little spot right off trail not more than 20 feet. There is still alot of tree cover so I averaged several readings together I will put in a clue just in case. As the leaves fall if anyone gets better readings let me know and I will adjust them. I will also go back in a few weeks and take another reading. The box started out with a cd holder, first aid kit, note cards,sticky notes, wet wipes, small pruell, log and pen.
10-13-07 New ammo box, same area but different spot. Footing can be tricky so becareful and watch the kids if they are with you.
