The cache is at the location where my family's barn was located, later appropriated for the Trans Canada Highway, now route 144. The barn was moved to what was the previous Trans Canada Highway.

The cache is located just off route 144 on the edge of one of our farming properties. You can safely park in the access road to the field. Route 144 now is the road less traveled since the new 4-lane highway was put in place. The extra wide shoulders can provide safe parking. The cache container is a large coffee tin. You shouldn't need to enter the farming property to access it. During May-August watch for farming vehicules that cross the road to the nearby farm. Looking south, you can see older farming buildings in nearby Van Buren Maine.
