Very urban cache. You WILL be seen.
I strongly recommend you DO NOT dodge traffic. Please obey traffic laws, cross streets at intersections, etc. Be safe. The cache is NOT in the street, so don't spend any more time there than you have to. Cache is a small bison capsule. The only reason I haven't rated the terrain as 1.0 is that you may have to cross major streets a couple times if your GPS coordinates are acting up. Unless you do the cache at 3 AM you will almost certainly be seen. I suggest waiting until nobody on foot will catch you, then just try to look like you know what you're doing as you search. No major sights to see here. But the location does have some historical significance.
