Bitty Balto Traditional Geocache

This cache has been archived.

Coonhound: We haven’t visited this cache in a while and received notifications from people trying to locate it that the area has been logged. If we ever get back to this area, we’ll check and see if it is still there. Until then, it will be archived and thanks to all who’ve tried to locate it. If someone wants to try and find it, it was inside a vertical dead tree, about 3 inches in diameter and about 3 feet tall. It was a green, film canister sized cache or a black film canister. It’s been too long!

Geocache Description:

Raybourn's Landing Area-relatively easy hike.

This cache is named for our dog, Balto. Unlike our dog, this cache is a micro! The cache contains a first-finder prize of a keychain whistle. You will need to bring your own writing implement, as there is not one in the cache. This cache was won at a Northern Michigan Geocache Event in Gaylord.
