Geocache Description:

This cache is dedicated to the men and women of the Hart Co. Rescue Squad. They spend many countless hours training and providing a much needed service to Hart County. When you are there and you happen to to meet one of the members, please remember to tell them "Thanks" for all that they do. They are all volunteers. Here is a list of services that they provide: Search and Rescue, Search and Rescue for water, Cave rescue, High angle rescue, tracking for lost people, educating the young people (kids) about how to survive if they are lost,HUG-A-TREE Program, community aid during disasters, and the list goes on. This people are not fire fighters, I like to refer to them as the SPECIAL FORCES OF THE RESCUE COMMUNITY. So, I hope that you enjoy this easy fine and that you are able to meet one of the members. Have a great hunt! NOTE: The map on the listing makes the cache look as if it is off the I-65. There is not an exit there. If you are traveling on I-65 you have to get off at exit 65. This cache placed and maintained by a member of Heartland Geocachers
