Geocache Description:

The instructor shown above has sketched a picture of Bert the Turtle. Bert was a mascot for a government program that existed back in the '50's and '60s. This cache takes you to a relic of that time.

Cache is located in San Antonio Park in Sunnyvale. The park's hours are posted as being from 6am to 9pm. Strongly suggest you use the South entrance to the park to avoid muggles,(waypoint provided below).

The container is a micro; there is room for a few tiny trinkets. You will need to bring your own pen. Original cache contents: a log sheet, 3 smashed pennies, and a ’57 Chevy stationwagon. (Smashed pennies are from Billy Jones Wildcat Railroad; the W.E Mason Carousel; and Half Moon Bay.)

EXTRA CREDIT: For extra credit, log your visit at www.Waymarking.com, Waymark Code: WM1JP. Note: You must also post a photo of 'Bert', in order to log your waymark visit, so bring your camera.
