Geocache Description:

A puzzle followed by a train ride and a short walk or a drive followed by a very short walk.

The above co-ordinates are not where the cache is hidden but are for Bishops Lydeard Railway Station, which is the current terminus of the West Somerset Railway. They could however be used as the starting point, as the cache is hidden a short distance from one of their stations. You will need to do your research in advance, as you will not be able to solve the puzzle at Bishops Lydeard Station. The West Somerset Railway runs for 20 miles from Bishops Lydeard to Minehead. During the summer they run services on most days of the week but services are less frequent during the winter months. More information can be found at (visit link)

Clun Castle = abcd

Checksum – the sum of all the individual digits of the co-ordinates should be 47.

The cache is not hidden on the railway line or at any station or in a field. GPS reception at the cache site itself is almost non-existent, so the co-ordinates are for a spot in the middle of the lane 10 metres to the north of the cache, where the reception was better but not great, so the co-ordinates are an average of several readings and the hint is fairly specific. Roadside parking is available 40 metres west of the cache.
