All our Junk and Travel Bug Hotel and Depot Traditional Cache
Bill222E: I'm afraid it's the end of the road for this cache. The location is one that is flood-prone, and every time it floods, the cache is gone. I no longer live across the street, so replacing it isn't as easy as it once was.

An easy cache in a surprisingly secluded spot for this area.
THE CACHE: (All you really need to know.) This cache is a small plastic container about the size of a coffee can. There is no pen. The log book is a calendar book.
TRADING ITEMS: If you can get it in the cache: This cache is intended as a place for all the small stuff we don't want that we think someone else might find useful. This cache is a PLEASE TAKE SOMETHING (but not the whole cache!) cache. If you find something you like but don't have anything to trade, please feel free to take it. Feel free to trade items, but if I find the cache is getting low on tradable items, I've got plenty more to restock it with. If you leave something (other than a travel bug) please also take something.
FLOODING: This area occasionally floods (twice since cache has been placed), but it might be a good idea to avoid putting things in this cache that could get damaged if they get wet.
TRAVEL BUGS: Since I'm on the road a lot, this cache can be used as a travel bug depot. Travel bugs can be left in the cache, but I often have more with me at home. They can be placed in the cache upon request. Please allow at least several days notice.
MUGGLE NOTE: There are two houses across the street from the cache area and the owners and occupants are aware of the cache's existence. The cache location is well hidden in all directions by trees, so there shouldn't be a big muggle problem. The fact that the cache was stolen once probably (I hope) had more to do with its visibility due to its large size rather than to a geocacher exposing the cache site. I have seen fishermen come and go from this area.
PARKING: There is no convenient parking along the nearby road's closest approach to the cache. If you park on the other side of the tracks, be forwarned that freight trains occasionally stop in the siding for extended periods of time and block the crossing. It could be a long walk back to your car, or a long wait for the train to clear.
TRAIN SAFETY: This cache is located relatively close to active train tracks, but the location itself is safe from passing trains. There is NO NEED to go anywhere near the tracks to access the cache except possibly to cross at the public grade crossing nearby. If the crossing is blocked, DO NOT CLIMB OVER, ON, OR UNDER A STOPPED TRAIN!
RAILFAN NOTE: There are upwards of 30 trains a day that use this line, so there's a good chance you'll see at least one train while hunting this cache. Unfortunately this spot isn't a good spot to just hang out and watch trains.
CACHE HISTORY: This cache has varied in size from large to micro more than once. This cache started out as a 5 gallon bucket but in July 2006 it unfortunately disappeared. In order to get it back up and running quickly, it was replaced with a small container in the same spot. Upgraded in June 2009 to a lock-lock box. Upgraded November 23, 2009 to a large ammo box. Ammo box disappeard in the spring of 2013, and replaced with a small pill bottle May 28, 2013. Upgraded to a coffee can size container Jan 3, 2014
Hint is a real spolier to experienced cachers.
