Geocache Description:

One of the most beautiful places in Riga city is a hill built over the former Sand Bastion - Bastejkalns. The hill was constructed in 1857-1859 to replace the old defense ramparts. Greenery was created in the 80-ties of the 19th century under the guidance of G.Kufalt. Although we have lost a lot from the former idea of this park landscape due to several matters in this century. Bastion Hill is one of the most famous places for meeting people.

In this white micro-cache are only log-book, pen & frog.
