The Sanford Cache Traditional Geocache
Ralfcoder: I stopped by to check on this one today, and the cache is gone. Whether it has been muggled, or a chipmunk made off with it is moot. This cache is now permanently archived, to make room for new caches in this area.

This is hidden in the Sanford Natural area on the campus of MSU. Pedestrians are welcome, but no bikes are allowed. Please do not disturb any man-made features such as colored ribbons, containers, etc, as they mark the location of experiments, classroom demonstrations, projects, etc.
The cache is a micro - the container is a medicine bottle covered with camo tape, and is about 4 inches tall by 1 inch wide. Obviously, this is a log-only cache, unless you have some really small trade items. Please sign the log, and notify me when the page is nearly full.
Parking on campus is often tough to come by. If you can't find a spot close by, consider parking in the large lot north of campus on the corner of Grand River and Hagadorn Rd. There is a fence surrounding the Sanford Natural Area on 3 sides (the 4th side being the river), but there are gates all around. If you park north of campus, the easiest entrance would probably be along Hagadorn Rd, on the east side of the natural area.
Note - the coordinates for this cache *HAVE* been updated, and are now correct. My apologies again for anyone who spent time looking in the wrong place!!!
