Take A Break - Corley Services Revisited Traditional Geocache

This cache has been archived.

Hillhappy1: There is no room for two caches on one motorway services. I couldn't believe another was put on the North bound side. Although within Geocaching guidelines it seems ridiculous.
This had a large influence on archiving all my caches. It would seem it's all about the numbers and not about the caches in this area.
After 3 years and 200 visits i am archiving this one.
I will remove the geo clutter when i have the time.

Geocache Description:

Situated at the road junction of Smorrall Lane and Breach Oak Lane this cache should be an easy find and is accessible from the Northbound and Southbound carriageways of the M6 motorway. It is flat terrain but traffic inside and outside the services is quite busy.

The cache is a regular sized waterproof sandwich box with a few goodies in it but not that much, a logbook and a pen/pencil. I'm hoping this cache will act as a TB Hotel for North and Southbound journeys. Also a cache and dash. The cache is hidden at the road junction outside the Southbound services and is more user friendly and less likely to be muggled. It is in the undergrowth so take care. The area is still busy though so beware. The cache is on the right as you look up Breach Oak Lane. It is approximately 100m from the Southbound and 200m from the Northbound services. There is an exit which can be easily accessed from the Southbound services into Smorrall Lane. Sometimes this is open to road traffic but is always open to foot traffic. This cache was inspired by "Take a break" Exeter which i recently visited and enjoyed. Please try to exchange TB for TB (if possible) to try and keep a few TB's in this cache. Thanks- HH
