Not the real name, of course, not sure if there is a real name to this area just off Rosemount Rd. in Tay Township. In fact it doesn’t show on Toporama’s topo maps and nobody we know is aware of a name for this. So let’s just call it Lake JDandDD to give it a name for now. If you think of a better one or you know the real name put it in your log and we might change the cache name.
The cache is along an old CNR railway right of way that has been turned into a rail trail and snowmobile trail. For almost the entire length of the rail trail in this area you will walk beside Lake JDandDD. Actually you are in the middle since you’ll see a marshy area on the north side as well. Please re-cover the cache well.
Recommended parking is at N44 43.497 W079 43.498. Park on the west side of the road.
