This is my first geocaching event so please bear with me!
:-) Open to all, young and er, not so young!
Are you suffering withdrawal from geocaching? Just aren’t geocaching enough now that our 8 month season of winter has finally set in? Wanna gab about geocaching to people who actually care? Here’s your chance! Come join us for some food, fun, and frivolity on Tuesday December 27, 2005 at the Old Spaghetti Factory at the Forks (full address listed below). We can eat, yak and be merry and share in the Holiday spirit, no matter which holiday you celebrate! Start time to be 5:30 pm til whenever you like! Come for an hour, come for 20 mins, whatever you can fit into your busy holiday schedule.
There will be an optional gift exchange with full details to follow. Please let me know if you would like to participate. Gifts should be kept to a maximum of $10 and geocaching related items would be great, not required but always nice!
Please post a note here if you plan on attending and how many will be attending with you. I need to confirm numbers with them ahead of time. If we have enough people, we will have a room to use exclusively. We also have the option of ordering one of their feasts instead of off the menu. There was a spaghetti feast for $12.95/incl. taxes & gratuities as well as a $14.95 feast. If people are interested, we could do that or else just order off the menu. I should add, everybody will be responsible for their own bills. :-)
If there’s anything anybody would like to see happen at this event, please let me know! I hope to see you all there. Oh yeah, feel free to bring any Travel Bugs that you want and we’ll have a giant swap happening!
For those of you who ordered MBGA coins from grnbrg, he will be in attendance so you can always collect your coins as well!
