Trails in the wooded area between Howe Elementary and the Baptist Home
Mt. Lebanon, known as a walking community, has numerous trails and cut-throughs that have become public passages as a matter of custom. Nevertheless, I obtained permission from Bob Fischer, Facilities Director of the Baptist Home, to place this cache.
A little over a year ago, a new cacher with good intentions placed an ill-fated hide here. I believed there were many great spots to relocate the cache in this little patch of woods, but that never happened. Since considerable time has passed, I have elected to place another stash in the same general area. Please park on Anawanda Avenue and enter the woods from paved path behind the school. From there, follow the trails until you are almost upon the cache. There is no need to bushwack until you are within 25 feet. The cache is small, so bring small trades or bugs. Best of luck!
