This cache is looking for a chance to escape. The only weapon needed to apprehend him is a GPS. You can see the maximun security prison from the cache sight.
Two dogs from a ways down the road may bark at you. If you are there long enough one dog may come to check you out as the other guards his home. He looks mean, but is not. Be nice tell him you are looking for a cache and he will be your friend. He may show you were the cache is stached. Happy Hunting
