Second of my new Monroe area parks series.
12/10/05 - I've updated the coordinates, these should be better. I also changed the hint and added a spoiler.
It's not easy to find a hiding spot in this little park. Lots of possibilities didn't pan out, so I chose a spot that may be familiar to some...or at least seem to.
You're looking for a black Bison tube. BRING YOUR OWN PEN OR PENCIL! It's not in or at the level of the Creek...And tool may be handy if you have large fingers like me.
Be stealthy if muggles are around.
