NZ17 - 3 Car Pileup Traditional Cache
RED 5: Stopped by to check on the cache and to rescue the Red Jeep TB, but discovered that the cache was gone. [:(!] And I was going to give that Jeep to a "collector" I know, too.

This cache is hidden in Strathmore Park in Wheatley Heights.
There are no signs to indicate the entrance to the park but a
trailhead can be found on Thorngrove Lane here N40° 46.690 W073°
21.534
There's another, slightly closer entrance where the power lines
cross Burrs Lane but if you go in that way, be prepared for a steep
walk back to the car.
The trails are well defined and have some nice elevation changes,
but they can get pretty muddy especially near the entrance. Also,
be aware because there's lots of evidence of ATV's and paintballers
in the area.
The original contents of the cache include a Yellow Jeep TB,
PlayStation and PS2 games, Prize Van T-Shirt, It's a Wonderful Life
VHS, and more goodies.
As always, please rehide the cache as good, or better than you find
it.
7/29/08 UPDATE The cache is now a
small/medium Lock & Lock.
