The coordinates listed will take you to the middle of a circular driveway in between the two baseball fields at Trailside Park in Ashburn. Once you decrypt the text below, the cache is an easy, short walk from that spot. The encrypted text will provide you the minutes of latitude and longitude (it should be pretty obvious that it's at 39N 077W).

To find the location of the cache, decrypt the following data:
