Shakey Fossil Bridges Traditional Cache
Hemlock: I'm sure when this cache was hidden, there weren't any "No Trespassing" signs. Unfortunately those signs do exist now, so I'm forced to archive this listing. I won't even delve into the issue of proximity to railroad tracks. Thanks for your contribution to geocaching.

In Verdi, near the flume and the Truckee. 8"x4" former coffee container.
These bridges looked the same when I 1st crossed them 35 years ago, Boomtown doesn't! UNR Geology 101 brings classes here(or used to?) to check out the leaf fossils here. Watch for trains if you do!! Nice views of Verdi, and the Truckee here. Keep a close eye on little ones. Replaced, bigger and safer 8/24/06. I recommend the Boomtown exit, and parking where the road to OLD Verdi takes a West, and the adventure begins! HAVE FUN!
