A small, urban cache on city property.
24 May 2010. This will take you between the Historical Museum and the Farmer's market. This site has easy accessibility to city hall, commercial district of town, the performing arts center, etc. Possibly the most accessible cache on the island. For the opposite extreme, see "Island Summit". Enjoy the hunt.
