This cache has been archived.

Nomex: Hi
As there's been no cache to find for months, I'm temporarily archiving this to keep it from continually showing up in search lists. Just contact us when you have the cache repaired, [RED]and assuming it still meets the guidelines[/RED], we'll be happy to unarchive it.

Don't hesitate to email me via the link on my Profile if you have any questions. [red]Please be sure to include the cache name and GC Code, or better yet, the URL of the cache page.[/red]

Thanks for your cooperation!

Geocache Description:

Take a smaller trail to the north, off the wide dirt trail leading from Howarth Park to Spring Lake, then leave it for a short distance to the rocky area just beyond the remains of an old rock wall. This is an easy walk for kids, though you'll need to help them watch for posion oak (like everywhere in this area) in spring, summer, and fall, and also what's left of an old barbed wire fence (which can be hard to see in some places).

Contents include a small, red rubber ball; two "collectors'" pins (including one from Commodore Computers); a lanyard; a unique pen and pencil; a clothes pin; a golden pine cone; a thank you card; and a photo of the first two who found this cache (making sure even little kids can find it once they get into the right vicinity).
