This cache is located on forest road 260 off of Route 59 in Marshburg, PA near the Ranger Station. Stay on the road until you get a few feet from the cache. No bushwhacking is required! Look for the most obvious place to hide a cache as coords were difficult to get. Post better ones please if you get them.
This is the first in a series of 12 Just for Kicks caches that I plan to place for 2006. I placed "Out with the Old" for all of you cachers just before Christmas and now we're "In with the new" on this one. Each month I will place a new one...just for kicks! Let's kick off the new year with a new cache. This one will start off with a FTF TB and a GeoCoin that I want to travel around for a while.
Pick up a few more out this way too if you haven't already. On this trail you can get DooWopDee & Curly Top's "Rhapsody in the Rain," and "Running Bear." On the same side of the road about 1/2 a mile towards the ranger station on route 260 (different from forest road 260) you can pick up Kachekat's "Snowshoe" cache. There are several others in the Marshburg/Allegany National Forest area also by Wolfmaster, Mr. Green & Co., and many other cachers. Make a day of it!
1/1/06 Now that Biddlebeach has found the cache - I can thank her for the cache container in here. I didn't want to make it too easy for her and anyone else who was at the Emporium Event this winter. She gave me a ready-made cache for a Secret Santa gift which I used for this cache. Thanks, Biddlebeach!
