Can drive to within a short walk. Or for more adventure, you can canoe/kayak into #13 on the Shenandoah river map, which is the parking area.
Great fishing, swimming, picnicing, primitive camping spot by river. Canoe/kayak rentals available in area.
Caution:
If the River is flooded over the 8 ft level road is blocked. Can check website (visit link) for river levels which happens about 3 or 4 times a year.
