The cache is located along the South Dade Greenways Network Everglades Trail which is part of the canal and levee system managed by the South Florida Water Management District. The Everglades Trail is a backcountry trail that parallels Everglades National Park. It's a 24-mile unpaved, offroad trail that allows horseback riding, bicycling, and hikers. Also great for dogs! Open from sunrise to sunset.
There was formerly an old tractor wreck at this site, but it has been removed as of 2009.
